Our training method is totally unique! It’s an integrated movement system that blends the traditional Pilates method with the latest research in Neuroscience, Sports Science, Exercise Psychology and High Performance Coaching.

You can’t train muscles your brain cant find! – with this example, we start to realise that integrating the brain is absolutely key and plays a crucial role in posture, dynamic movement, pain management, injury recovery, strength and stability training and all aspects of health and wellbeing.

Our cutting edge methodology has been created, developed, researched and applied over many years and is a result of our joint vast experience of working within Premier League Football. Our practice is underpinned by evidence based research gained from our combined 30 years of working within Sports Science and Medicine and our backgrounds in Physiotherapy, Injury Rehabilitation, Sport and Exercise Psychology, High Performance Coaching and Sports Yoga and Pilates.
